General Terms

General Terms StoreKeeper B.V.

"These General Terms and Conditions form part of the agreement between StoreKeeper B.V. and the customer, and constitute a supplement to the NL Digital 2020 terms. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these general terms and conditions and the NL Digital 2020 terms, the provisions of these general terms and conditions shall prevail.

Article 1: Notice Period

1.1 The customer may terminate the agreement subject to a notice period of three (3) months, unless expressly agreed otherwise in a written offer signed by both parties.
1.2
Termination must be made in writing by e-mail only. The termination must state a clear effective date.
1.3
After the expiry of the three (3) month notice period, the customer’s access to the BackOffice of StoreKeeper B.V. will be terminated. The customer is responsible for timely exporting all data and information from the BackOffice.
1.4
StoreKeeper B.V. shall not be liable in any way for the loss of data after the expiry of the notice period.

Article 2: Payment Term
2.1 The payment term for all invoices issued by StoreKeeper B.V. is seven (7) days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3: Withholding of Payments in Case of Non-Payment

3.1 If the customer fails to pay the invoice amounts within the stipulated payment term of seven (7) days, StoreKeeper B.V. is entitled to deduct the outstanding invoice amount from the customer’s payable account balance.

Article 4: General Terms and Conditions

4.1 These general terms and conditions form an integral part of the existing NL Digital 2020 terms and shall prevail in the event of any conflict with the NL Digital 2020 terms.
4.2 All other provisions of the NL Digital 2020 terms shall remain in full force and effect, unless expressly amended by these supplementary terms.
